Thank you for posting this! Brings back memories of one of the first posters stuck to my bedroom wall back in the early '90s when I was about 11 or 12. I made myself a promise that one day I would own one, and 30 years later, I'm driving a bloody Peugeot 207 sw!!😂😂
Realment espectacular... enhorabona pel vídeo. Fantàstica experiència veure automòbils de finals del segle XIX i principis del segle XX funcionant tant esplèndidament. Enahorabona pel muntatge del video. 🙂
I served at 238MU RAF Calshot (Southampton Water) for a short time in 1958/59 where air/sea rescue boats were maintained and repaired/renovated. Shortly afterwards, the work was transferred to RAF Mount Batten, Plymouth and Calshot closed. They could certainly shift!
I’ve driven my car, albeit slowly, on the banking at Brooklands, love to do the same here. I’m going to Monza for the GP, so I’ll try to get a look at the banking.
Last used for racing in 1970, unused for racing since then. Was starting to fall apart so was resurfaced about five years back and is now a listed monument.
I never realized there wasn't earth embankments underneath. Makes one wonder if it had been built like Daytona for example, that maybe it wouldn't have been as bumpy.
SUPERB!! I am getting ready to buy what I think MIGHT be a sister boat to 441? I HAVE FOUND ST440! Im arranging transport and a hard standing in Surrey to restore her but I think a lot of her superstructure has been changed? I need any help I can get to trace her history please?
