How can I forget! I had been divorced about a week , and my best buddy, who introduced me to Bromberg in the 1970's, called me up and said Bromberg is playing at one of Denver's old school movie theaters turned concert hall, do you want to go? Absolutely! Went there and played this plus many of his classics, Mr. Bojangles, etc. He was so funny and his band was so together that it was quite the show. When he came to Colorado after that, I would track him down. He made me feel so much better and forgot my circumstances, going back to my old music. Too bad he is not touring anymore, he put on quite a show everytime.
RIP John. Enjoyed your music for years. If I had been at this concert, I'd have been pissed. Get up, play and sing! I'll sing WITH you, not for you. Cheated the audience BIG TIME!! No use in saving this performance.
*HER CORE STRENGTH IS - SOMETHING ELSE ENTIRELY!* Not even talking about flexibility etc. I am so tight in my hips , I tried everything, other than someone pushing my knees down with force, nothing helps and my back is too bad to bend all the way back because of a rotation scoliosis at ~ L3 ? up to T ? and I already feel damage on my disks. Osteoporosis too... So I have to be very careful, when it comes to certain moves. Broke two bones alresdy since I started to train. TRIGGER WARNING - WEIGHT) I have to loose 12 lbs min. anyways , I was always very underweight, had an ED since 13 , thats 3 decades now and now my body isn't used to carry all that "excess" weight around, even though I am technically still underweight aka under a BMI of 17.5 , but it's too much that my body is used too, I am always tired, (have Hashimoto's disease too, only 4 ml thyroid left) , so much is skinny fat ... So lets put the rice - pudding down and grab the weights, 50 - 100 sit ups, cross legged, to the sides etc , start with 10 push upsofx the ground, then 40 ( starting at a 60 degree angle, then go down to 45, 30 degrees etc. ) And stretch that piriformis minor ? I ALWAYS FORGET TO ROLL THESE MUSCLES OUT. IT SHALL HURT UNTIL I REACH MY GOAL. Every pound will make it easier again, to get where I was. And go back to swimming - if it wasn't so cold and the women's showers and lockers are on the 2 nd floor - untilI can cross the Danube. Maybe I'll start a membership in the gym , next to the shopping center, 200 feet away ? And if I loose the first 4 lbs or at least loose 2 and build up VISIBLE muscle mass instead, I'll go and treat myself to some a full round of MacT, not MC D., but the Trampoline- hall, for 3 hours of trying to tumble.
