Got mine yesterday and this is vety helpful! I'm having a problem with a user patch where my alternate tuning is not being saved. I see in the CRL tab that "CTRL FUNCTION" says "***SYSTEM** and can't change it. Do you know how to solve it?

Major design flaw that you can't seamlessly switch from tracks 1 and 2 seamlessly. So if you have a song that goes A-B-A-B-A, you have to either bleed over or stop and start.

Im using an rc-30 and gosh! Why in the hell they didn't assign an undo/redo function to one of the footswitches? I'm sure musicians need that waaay more than the unit's fx section (which would be still available by double tappind the left pedal)

0:41 The Boss FS-6 POLARITY switches do NOT reverse the positive and negative characteristics, so even the name POLARITY is wrong. 1. When the MODE switch next to the POLARITY switch is in the "FS-5U MOMENTARY" position, one position of the POLARITY switch sets the corresponding footswitch to Normally Closed (Push To Break) mode (if you look at the FS-6 from the back, you had to tilt the POLARITY switch to the left). 2. If the MODE switch next to the POLARITY switch is in the "FS-5U MOMENTARY" position, the other position of the POLARITY switch sets the corresponding footswitch to Normally Open (Push To Make) mode (if you look at the FS-6 from the back, you had to tilt the POLARITY switch to the right).

I watched this about 8 years ago when I first got my rc-30, and now watched it again today while getting back into looping. Thank you for this video. Just what I needed both then and now!

Hey, thanks for the great video. When I tap my FS5U once it stops the loop and then immediately clears the pedal so the loop is completely deleted. Does anyone know why this is happening or how to fix this? I've tried the polarity switch both ways but it hasn't made a difference. Any help would be sincerely appreciated, thanks!

Is the battery required for the switches to function, or is the battery only required for the LED lights to operate? (Will it perform without a battery)
