elementalists are just coping and i can understand that. i dont play this game all the time. i come back every year for a few months. i dont consider it healthy to play only one mmorpg for a decade given the choices and difference experiences so many others offer. however upon returning i can't get into my launch day ranger and mesmer at all. their playstyles today dont mesh with my older self. for the same reasons i had to give up ESO having to play a piano on every FUCKING fight is too exhausting and sucks the joy out of the game. christ man even wow rotations are easy and i main warlock, blood dk and survival hunter over there. so now i'm playing a mechanist both rifle power when i want to chill and scratch my huevos with the other hand and condition when i want to have both hands on the keyboard. despite how much i hate it's squishiness anything else requires too much work just to kill an old world champion. i play mmorpgs to relax and escape my fucked up real life not to be another job. but i can understand that any lifelong ele's are going to be upset when you shit on their complicated class. they have put a lot of time into it and won't appreciate being told their class is bad regardless of the reasons legit or not.
I played Mesmer back when gw2 came out, havent played since living world season 1. Came back a couple weeks ago, still loving mesmer. Got zerker virtuoso as my general OW build, switching to condi cele cirtuoso or cele mirage for solo champions, sometimes hopping on mirage GS for tagging in metas, but generally everything dies so quickly, getting a single clone out is next to impossible. I feel like they need to rework clones to be bound to yourself instead of enemies, attacking your target, otherwise viruoso wil always the best at everything except support, for which I play full cele chrono boon healer, which is amazing and easy at the same time. its cele because im currently playing mostly story and OW and its my first ascended set and cele helps a lot with solo champions if needed. my zerker is currently ascended trinkets only, weapons and armor is so hard to come by without the free chests from WV ....
Is it ever worth it to get a better one even if you already have one? I got lily of the Elon from upgrade from gem store but don’t like how the crafting stations are on top and you can’t just click on the pass again to go back where you were
Chrono F5: for beginners: 1. Do you have 3 clones up? 2. Is Phantasm and Signet heal Up? If 1 and 2 are Yes: Hit F5, cast Phantasm Signet heal and phantasm again. (while hitting f1-f4) For chrono builds this is typically done with staff, greatsword, or spear to get 4 double summons. As when you exit split you can recast phantasm heal reset phantasm. [F5> Phantasm > 6> Phantasm > F5 (end split) > Phantasm > 6 > Phantasm] 3. Do you have a dmg based ultimate up? If 3 is true cast your Phantasm combo then Ultimate (while hitting f1-f4) [F5> Phantasm > 6> Phantasm > 0] (even if ultimate is on cooldown you can get in the habit of hitting it here) 4. Are you using Spear? If using a spear then you need to make sure 5 is castable before the split. Don't worry about casting your ult since then timing can be tight. There is a brief window after jumping and before the reset where spear 2 can be interrupted so I just hit f4 to go invuln for a moment and setup the right timing for 6's heal reset. Basically, input this: F5> 4> 5> F4> 6> 2> 4 + 0 (if time) >F5.
hi nice job, kind of sad that I cant play dual spear power mirage in instanced, had a lot of fun in OW but when doing golem couldn't even reach 20k, there is still hope that Anet will change mirage to be able to use power variant in instanced
I enjoyed the ability to talk to each of the delegates to check on the state of each, then when I played with my brother who could care less there was a lets get to the point button so we just skipped straight to the Isgarren popping up bit. I've finished the story, maxed the mastery lines, done both the metas multiple times. I liked the heart tokens to just fill the bar 25% (with masteries). I really like the hunts where you need to warclaw chain pull some of the champion mobs between phases super cool hunt feel. The adventures were fun, especially the warclaw throw a spear at targets and move through the checkpoints on the first map. Bog Queen on the first map is a great event chain super fun. The quantity of mastery points felt like a good mix of grab them on the map and achievements. Honestly no complaints here, aside from the new release schedule means I'm done with nearly everything and I just go back to dailies and fractals.
Man I’m still annoyed that they killed mirage and kept virtuoso as strong as it is given its range and insane ease of use :/ was confusion being decent on 2 fights really so bad they had to kill both alac staff and axe mirage
Gw2 has so many things, yet they don't have a normal DUELING SYSTEM. OMG, something so basic as a challenge someone to a duel you cannot do it to this day, you have to pay for a private arena or meet in WvW or make smth so difficult for something that should be so easy
All that should be changed is the sigils you use. Demons is torment duration but I'm not sure if that's already capped off the top of my head. Geomancy would still proc from legend swaps so just mess around with sigils and find one that fits.
my first experience with gw2 was..............i installed rolled an ele bought heart of thorns because it was on sale for like 25 bucks before POF released. I got a lvl 80 boost with my purchase can you guess what i did? yup i boosted said ele and went into the heart of thorns map and was destroyed by everything because i also had looked up a guide and was in full bezerker gear running around in the open world. needless to say i left for a while!!!!!
Wait !!! The Mace/Mace + Axe/Axe Soulbeast is no longer viable ??? Gona try this one for sure (The Zerker Build) ! MM AA build is kinda fun but we will see.
you said in your last video that you have to transfer the condis from BiP via dagger, but i think you transfer them by entering the harbinger shroud, or am i missinformed?
You're so funny! 😂😂😂. Indeed I use this build also as a power ddps. And can use both perfectly in open world, since the wels give so much surviving, as well as the cc in shroud.
I don't even play necro but still enjoy watching your videos, keep it up man. Would be interested in seeing some immortal open world builds for rev, guardian and war if thats in your future plans. Keep it up!

Yeah i'll get around to it, got the next about 8 vids lined up but im trying to work a 2x week cadence in. hard to find some good footage sometimes because of limited playtime but i'll try to do some open world stuff for all classes sometime. trying to balance quality videos, editing time, and playtime overall. this one was just a quickie since a few people requested it off the last vid.
