Great video. One question. How do you cut say a 4’t bar to make a 2’ t bar? Like how to remove the clip at the end and reinstall?

First time using this shit last Friday, fuck this shit. The shit we got wasn’t even close to this easy. All I can say is nothing ended up square. Our piece had 4 hinge points. Only 2 were made to click and the other had to be cut and I bent it and put a screw in the hole. Like I said nothing was square. One side was out 3/4” in 10 1/2”. That’s fucking ridiculous. So we still had to make a jig and do it the right way because yours sucks ass.

THIS IS COOL ONLY PROBLEM IS THOSE LIGHTS DONT COME AT 4 INCHES OR 6 INCHES THEY ALWAYS COME AT 4 AND 3/8 OR 4 AND 5/8 OF AN INCH! ITS ALWAYS A ODD DIFFERENT NUMBER NEVER A EVEN NUMBER NOT EVEN AT 5 INCHES! I BEEN DOING THIS 20 YEARS AND YES IT SUCKS CUTTING AND PAINTING THOSE TILES! ESPECIALLY WHEN YOUR DOING A HOSPITAL AND THERE ARE HUNDREDS OF THESE TO CUT AND PAINT! NOT ONLY THAT USUALLY YOU HAVE TO PUT A LAYER OF CAULK8NG FIRST BECAUSE THE TILE JUST SUCKS UP THE PAINT AND YOU WOULD NEED LIKE 4 COATS TO TURN IT WHITE!

2300 feet 3 guys in 3 days dam! Thats only 250 feet a day per guy! You would be fired on my job thats a 4 hour day on my job! I guess California is just twice as fast as other states! And that guy said it was only a lil bit longer than your normal 15/16 grid! Omg if u did anything less than 1200 feet per guy you will be laid off!

What bonehead architect would spec this for a tiny job in the middle of the Pacific Ocean (Hana, Maui). It turned out nice but makes no sense, and I garontee if the maintenance guy has to get in the ceiling it will be over for the fancy tile and it will be a bunch of random patches of Armstrong 769.
