His old voice is better imo though there isn't too big of a difference. Still, the old voice makes me feel like a princess wheras the newer one makes me feel more like a vip customer. Maybe it's just because of the mic or maybe because of the ups and downs of the voice with the short pauses, the new one sounds scripted like he memorized his speech beforehand, while the old one seems to be really reacting to the moment, making more pauses to think about the best response and acts like everything around him is delicate, whereas the new voice is sincere but still professional. Try checking line for line to find subtle differences 0:01 and 0:28 0:05 and 0:32 0:13 and 0:40

I think the new VA really did well, but there is this softness in the old voice the new VA just cant capture. He has this rumble and roughness, which is not bad, but doesn't suit him especially knowing the old voice. He used to sound so... smooth if that makes sense ugh makes me go insane
