Louisville has one of the best run defenses in all of cfb. Very active Dline to go along with NDs hurt offensive line. Riley Leonard also has struggles against throwing the ball as to ND does not have a big time receiever to necessarily match up with Louisvilles DBS.
Adding Memphis and Tulane sounds too much like what a power conference would do. If I were the pac, I would probably just add UTSA and maybe Wyoming (maybe rice).
When Nick Saban first took over Alabama the team had an electric feel to them. The players were flying all over the field. This Alabama team has that similar feeling to them. I think Alabama plays with great energy in their first big test with their new coach.
I think Memphis and USF will wait for an ACC deal. Tulane and UTSA make sense, also Texas State. Air Force has a huge TV viewership, much better than UNLV, and is usually pretty good in sports plus why join the AAC when they will always play Navy and Army anyway. Then UNLV.
