I don't know how innocent the guy (passenger) is, but I guess initially the indigo employees handled the situation poorly, it could have been better, maybe they profiled him as an under-privileged guy who is actually a full fare paying passenger, in the last 1 year i have personally seen some of the new crew members acting differently based on someone's physical appearance.
Crew is clearly trying to pressurise the passengers; they have forgotten the basics of accommodating and serving customer...... Pathetic customer service
Indigo staff kavi v aapk problem ya concern nahi sunnate hai..they just give you a stupid reason. 2 .5yrs k bache ka seat alag denge ,same pnr hone k baad v..and give you excuse that why you didn't do web check..i faced alot of trouble.

Don't know what happened exactly but passengers and crew both are responsible for the opposite reaction coming from them... And the crew was doing their job as well as the air hostess because they have all the responsibility from boarding to departure and at last we all came in to know he was a psychiatrist patient so no doubt he had done something mistake
