Is there a public transportation system within BGC? I only see private cars. Great drone shot. What makes BGC beautiful are the green spaces. Without the green spaces, it will just be another congested, high-rise dominated business center.

You failed to see the point. It's not underrated because of the things you mentioned, it's underrated because it's being overshadowed by Makati and BGC. It's not the first thing that comes to mind when a foreigner visits Manila. It's always Makati and BGC
@@onyxriver I knew what the video meant. Ortigas was NOT developed to compete with BGC and Makati anymore than Eastwood City was built to compete with Araneta City (Cubao). These places were primarily developed for economy and economics, with "tourism" as an added-value proposition. And if your point is that foreigners tend to visit BGC and Makati, ask yourself why? Because that's all they see online. Just like they flock to Boracay and Palawan for the same reason....even before the set foot in the country.
@@rrubio6660 Exactly what I'm saying. It's underrated because it's not featured online most of the time. Believe it or not, CBD's are competing to attract attention, investments, office takeups and branding. Competition is high, both on the economic front and tourism. I worked at Ortigas Land, and we competed vigorously with the AyalaLand-managed Ayala Center (Makati CBD), FBDC who manages BGC, and even SM-ASEANA for the Bay City. And "tourism" is not just a value-added proposition, it's a core component. W Why do you think CBDs are constructing central shopping areas? It's not for the employees and businessmen working in the CBD's, it's for inbound tourists, local or internation included.
That's because those overhead electrical wires have long been there for decades...WAY before the place was developed. If you grew up in the 70s and 80s and familiar with the area, you'd know.

ganda ng Intramuros pero kailan pagagandahin sng Plaza Roma nasa harap pa naman ng cathedral....dapat ayusin yung fountain at yung monumento, bawasan , i trim o totally palitan yung mga puno ng bagong puno (bagai dyan mga puno na kinortehan ng pabilog para d matakpan ang cathedral)..tapos taniman ng colorful combination of red n white bogaivilleas na trimmed as hedges, maganda at low maintenance ang bougainvilleas matibay sa init o ulan.... panoorin sa vlog sa UTube ang garden city ng Filinvest , sobrang ganda ng ginawang landscaping...
Sana malagyan ng mga benchs at may park lightsa sa tapat ng mga.upuan at pra.mas ok sa.mga.namamasyal.esp sa mga senior citizen..magandang tingnan din sa prke sa gabi...at ska s bawat corner meron mga cafeteria at least easy accesible sa mga.namamasyal pag gsto msg snacks..????
