All Indian airline humiliate low class countries. Even though Nepalese don’t need visa in India , they want me buy ticket to go back nepal. I don’t wanna stay in India bt need return ticket bt even I hv ticket , they didn’t let me to go travel. They need their airline ticket go back to Nepal. If I don’t buy ticket , there shouldn’t b any problem bt I bought ticket from indigo airline n they denied it coz indigo airline is not trustworthy for air india n Thai airway from Delhi airport n order me to buy ticket from their airline . I was shocked n my mind didn’t work coz my flight is getting g late . If I hv time I will show them their class . They don’t hv any brain tht Nepalese people do t need visa n 2 nd they don’t let me buy ticket from another airline n force me to buy their own airline . Those staffs r really racist
The Government of India turns a blind eye to all complaints about Air India. The least the airline can do is ensure that each seat has a working infotainment system. Shame on Air India for cheating people, charging full money but not providing any service. One of the Worst airlines of all times !
