I think what was hurting my progress is thinking the transition should be exactly like crab walk lol. But looking more closely, the back leg being brought forward transitions and comes forward all on the toe

Dude. Everyones hair is made for braids. Nordics braided their hair after Africans, but they didnt STEAL it. its multicultural. Im black, and I still know my facts 🤷🏽♂️
They look stunning! But I strongly advise not getting extentions in your hair. Straight hair cannot handle the weight of braid extentions, so you can end up with bald spots. Also you could ask the braider make the braid knot looser so it doesent pull on your hair, because that can also cause alot of pain, and bald spots. ❤
Box braids are for curly hair and is considered a protective style for typically the hair type of black people. Since it is used for our hair type (type 4 hair) It can lead to damage for thinner hair types that are common in white culture. This hair style is apart of our culture , we’re not saying white culture can’t wear it because of race. Think of it as in a cultural way, you wouldn’t wear a Hajab would you? No because that’s not your cultural background or belief.
