Classic Dell; I'm a Rock n' roll, prog guy, ELO, Yes, Pink Floyd, Zep, James Gang, etc, But love me some good bluegrass!! This and Blackjack County Chains are my Dell favorites.

That was supposed to be ELP, but just listening to ELO, so you know how it is.

Back in the 70's I heard this song by Lovin' Spoonful, a group from New York making an attempt at country folk music. It was pathetic then and it was turning me off on country and blue grass. Luckily that basically was the only one. It's still pathetic.

Speaking as a greasy rocker I think it's ridiculous. Blue grass Vincent? Give us a hard-rock Black Shadow. Cut the blue cr. p

Say what you want about Billy Strings and new Bluegrass but Billy is the reason I started listening to Dell,Stanley bros. Etc Again.I end up listening to more of them then him. These youngsters are just class acts the way they treat the originators. Let Yngwie try that I might listen to him.Naw I wouldn’t.

This song means so much to me. I love this song so much. My wife surprised me with this song after we said our "I do's" and we exited to this song. I was sooo surprised.. I get goose bumps every time I hear it.

Classis song covered by a first class band. There's many great covers of this song, one of my favorites is from the kids at O'Keefe Music Foundation but the awesome young female vocalist changes the roles of Molly and James. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-MWCeAoLjKQM.html

Thank you Vince for writing it. Love....needs to be shared with everyone. The Time Jumpers do that in spades. Love you all!

This performance was in Cumberland Caverns, in McMinnville,TN. It’s an actual cave, with a legendary song, from a legendary performer on the other side of the pond, covered by a legendary performer on this side of the pond. It doesn’t get more legit than that. Blood runs deep!

Love this song, but Richard Thompson clearly says "Nortons and Indians and Beezers won't do," not what Del says. "Beezer" is slang for a BSA, just as "Beemer" is slang for a BMW.
