I've only just heard of Lari's passing and am saddened. She was a tremendous talent as a singer, songwriter and producer, and I will miss her. This has always been my favourite tune of hers

I saw her at the Rymann, and I was in the front row. She sat on the circle of steps in the front of the stage, and I could almost reach out and touch her! I took a picture of her singing this, and got her to sign it at the Bluebird Cafe, later on. I still love this song and her voice.
