When I seen you i instantly figured you went off the rails from the face being more bloated. That’s okay stay the course but it’s very important to dial in your sleep.
To me, that ain't really carnivore you got too much Dairy and some people cannot handle that and you retain weight. You should be BBB and E. Beef bacon butter and egg. Do that for 90 days just those ingredients. Hamburger steak whatever you can afford. I guarantee you'll shed weight not to mention how well you will feel. I did that diet for 9 months. I went from 397 lb down to 235, made almost all the way through Harvest, and fell off my carnivore diet. So I slowly adjusted back into it, and I've been that way now for about a little over a week, and I plan on staying on it at least for 9 months again. Or staying on it forever.

Don't do vegan.....your body is gonna miss that complete food called beef! I've never seen a healthy looking vegan. Going vegan will add massive levels of oxalates to your body and you're gonna suffer and undo all that good work the carnivore will do.
Good stuff, keep it up. I started the carnivore diet 18 days ago and I love it. I haven't touched a scale yet but my stomach is flatter. I'm anxious to see the results in 90 days. We should get a blood test before and after 90 days. I think if I went Vegan it would kill me , what a shock to the system
I learned that a person should ease into a lifestyle instead of changing everything in one day. Starting the carnivore diet within a day was uncomfortable. Another subscriber suggested I have a break after I'm down the 90 days and ease into vegan. I don't know how I'm going to make it through the vegan challenge!
You may need to cut out the dairy and the processed meat (e.g., ham) to get the pain-free results that you're looking for. Some people's bodies react negativity to those things, and when they take them out of their diet for extended periods, they feel much better. Good luck.
Im on day 7. Lost 6 lbs. Feeling kind of weak and been taking long mid day naps. My mood went from maybe 4/10 to around 7/10 now. Still getting acid reflux, hopefully that goes away like people report.
After a couple of weeks, I started sleeping much better and 2.5 months in I am still sleeping great. I lost quite a bit of weight in the first month and have kind of hit a plateau with that but I still feel really really good and have been working out almost every day for the last 1.5 months. I was addicted to carbs and sugar and one of the things that makes me happiest now is that food doesn't control me like it used to. I no longer have the sweet cravings I used to have. Small things I have noticed are my fingernails are much more smooth and have less ridges in them than they used to. My skin is remarkably better and energy levels are way up. I wouldn't focus so much on your weight but instead on how you are feeling overall.

I am here to support you. Everyone slips. But there's a good thing - when we make mistakes and eat something not Carnivore we learn how this exact food affects our body. This is how I found out that my body is actually less hurt by wheat (of all things non-Carnivore!) than by most of fruits (fructose causes bloating and water retention like crazy for me). Stay strong!
