The Artist Bible is a living response to the Living Word. We are creating new artistic responses to Scripture. Our goal is to connect the artistic within the kingdom of God with every verse in Scripture until we have a Bible full of creative responses to the Word of God. By doing so, we hope to inspire the bride of Christ, illuminate truth, and show the world the unity and creativity God has given His people.

I recently discovered this song on day 6 of The Artist Bible: Easter, Bible plan on the Bible app and have listened to it every night on repeat, as it really speaks to the pain and heaviness in my heart during a pro-longed season of hardship I’m currently in. Thank you for this. Wish it was available on Apple Music or Spotify
Good morning what a beautiful way to hear the word of God through music 🎶 The Artist Bible is so amazing to listen to be for I read the morning Devotional 🌄 ❤️ Be blessed. Amen
Hey I am new channel working on making Christian content! I just uploaded my first video and it is based on this spoken gospel, it would mean so much if you checked it out!
Where can I find their music? It’s really well done, but the website no longer works and I’m not sure if I found the right person through google. Is this group still active?
Beautiful painting, more importantly is the story it is referencing. Moving on from exquisite and cherished moments...Everyday is a choice in how you will live to create more beautiful moments but still cherishing the past ones.
Profound statement in the art piece at the end ... praise God He opened my eyes to understand it. The crowds did not know soon the person they worshipped would be “assassinated” JFK ... unlike Jesus Christ our King , Jesus already knew He was to be crucified as He willingly allowed it. I don’t think JFK would let it happen willingly at all. Ps. I discovered this channel via Holy Bible Devotional You Version app in finding something different for me to reflect and remember what Easter is about. I’m excited to have a forum for me to directly say thank you from the bottom of my heart to all the artists part of this project for the glory of Christ. This is how the body of Christ comes together to edify and encourage each other with the gifts graced by the Holy Spirit. Praise our Lord Jesus Christ! Hosanna! The One who came to Save our spiritual soul and to reconcile us back to the Heavenly Father. 🙌🏻♥️ 🌴
My God, My God Oh, why have you forsaken me? And why are you so far from saving me? I cry out by day You do not answer I cry out by night and am not silent Oh, be not far from me Be not far from me My God, My God Oh, why have you forsaken me? And why are you so far from saving me? I cry out by day You do not answer I cry out by night and am not silent Oh, be not far from me Be not far from me Be not far from me Be not far from me Poured out like water My bones out of joint My heart turned to wax and melted within me My strength has dried up A cracked piece of clay My tongue sticks to the roof of my mouth As you lay me down As you lay me down In the dust of my death
Hi Joel, I stumbled on this song by accident and must say how I like your style of play its a lot like mine. But more than this is the passion you give as you singing this Psalm. I really do think something like this could not be sung any other way. Sending you my thanks. Praise our Lord and saviour Jesus!
Jesus was singing or reciting this psalm 22 as he was crucified on the cross, see Matthew 27:46, and this music is rejoicing, like the bible tells of "singing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs Col 3:16 to be "filled with the spirit, addressing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs and making melody to the Lord with your heart" Eph 5:18
Amen, the prophetic cry of Davids heart in knowing he is only ashes and dust unless God,s Spirit is the core of his being and existence, the echo of Jesus' prayer and cry at the cross as he paid the full price for the sins of humanity as he became the sin offering for us, unto his death, to the Father.
Hearing this in Maundy Thursday night 2017.... For me, this is a way of reflecting about the Passion of Christ. You have such a great talent David... Keep it up! With this talent that God had decorated you with, however small, you can make a great difference. Thanks and God bless you! Happy Easter!!!!!!
Days like this are on the paths of all if Christ's followers. His glory is present in those times. Oh Jesus, will You please bear with us as we bear our trials? Thank You for the work ahead of us.
Been listening to this on a daily basis since I first heard it. I'm in a "Friday" time of my life. This gives me such strength and encouragement daily. (Sounds super pretty too.)
Like the messages we convey through our respective works, not everyone will get them either. Oh the parables of our Lord, the Christ! Not everyone sees what we see, and that itself makes us special and should draw us closer to our Creator, in whose image we are made, bequeathed with these creative gifts through which we can share his wisdom and love.
