So basically, the entire building is a column, beam, slab altogether. money is saved when bricks, wood, or glass are used for partitioning in a building. This just casts the entire building. Waste of concrete and money

These types of buildings are very resistant to earthquakes. Since all walls are supporting the building, this kind of structure distributes the earthquake load better.
