Hi, my name is Marcos. I keep looking for the most amazing places to experience and to live on this planet. So far, I have seen some pretty awesome places! But have I found the one and only perfect place? What does that even mean? Join me on my journey of exploration and perhaps you’ll find your idyllic place in this beautiful world.
Im a former part owner of a sydney venue.. the lockout laws were really designed to push us out so the clubs could be sold to apartment developers.. Also if you arent sure if something is legal or not.. if it makes you smile or brings enjoyment you can be certain its illegal
the amount of damage the 'lockout' laws did to the Sydney nightlife should be deemed criminal... I was fortunate to have been young during the late 80's and through the 90's and early 2000's and man Sydney was a PARTY town... I was going out Wed, Thurs, Friday and Saturday nights back then when rent was cheap and the club scene and warehouse doof scene was abundant..... I do feel like this generation got screwed as did the venue owners who got shut down by lockouts
Ex Floridian here. I lived in Sydney for 3 years because of imwatching imbeciles like this. Why on earth would anyone want to live in the 9th most liable city when you can live in Melbourne the 2nd for SLIGHTLY cheaper and have a far better life? Sydney is an absolute hole and I grew up in orlando 😂. Melbourne indescribably perfect.
I thought they are a natural species in Australia, the lorrikeets?🎉🎉🎉I feed them sunflower seeds, I have a whole flock of them, about 40 or more, I didn't know sunflower seeds were bad for them, but I feel so sorry for them and they are peeking in my windows and crying but I have to stop! They are driving me crazy and I was told to stop feeding them because a neighbour complained about noise, itcwas horrendous, ok no more, but it's so cold now, the nectar on the palm tree mops that ha g down are dry, I worry about them, but I am just being a sucker spending $5 @ day which is nothing but I am not equipped to feed fruit and powdered drink as I am a small apartment with just windows sills, I lost my ragdollcat and I miss him terribly, such a mother!
The places he talks about in southern Europe that open late are shut most of the day though. Italian towns are dead from midday until 4 except for tourist places
Guess you could get scrape by on a minimum wage job or close by living in a shared house, using public transport, walking or cycling and cooking most of your meals. To live well in Sydney, you need well over $100k per year though.
It is legal to get drunk in pubs. You do not need to be a licensed electrician to change a light globe. The Australian national food used to be the meat pie unofficially
@@bunniewoodmeanwhile the usa healthcare is the best in the world for treatment, equipment, and quality of nurses, doctors, and surgeons and 15th overall when included with price
that list is rubbish, keep to the speed limit. and you wont have a problem. outskirts in any city have less options. 1st world city is expensive ... no surprise there .try new york.
