Gastronomicom is an international culinary academy founded in 2005 in the south of France. All of our teachers boast many years of experience working in prestigious fine dining establishments.
Our programs are intended for both professionals and beginners who want to master French cooking and / or pastry. Our highly experienced cooking and pastry chefs/teachers provide hands-on classes to a one Michelin Star level. Gastronomicom also provides French language lessons for people who want to do an internship in a French restaurant.
All of our cooking and pastry courses are hands-on only and are conducted in English.
Our culinary school offers accommodation in partnership with Odalys Residence Saint Loup, just a 5 minute walk from the beach and marina, or 10 minutes from the school by bus.
