They need to invest in commercial lawn mowers to cut the 6 foot tall grass that grows there instead of weedeaters, which takes forever. They let it grow too high, and it looks terrible. There are a lot of empty units that look abandoned, also. That is what HOA dues are for. To keep the grounds looking nice, otherwise nobody will want to buy or rent there.
G day was considering buying into this, untill i done my own research, you can't build your own home the way you want it. your limited to their set plans. Also you get a 10k fine each time you want to do work on your house on the out side so the isnt really yours as you get fines and limited to what they tell you what you can do with your house or building. also the building are over price check with the bank and what the bank values the building to what your are getting. to find out how much you are over paying dont get ripped off. the bulding ive rented in have poor building construction methods way too many short cuts. couldnt tell us the weight limits of the car port, my ranger broke the main water line, poor water pressure or no water some nights. on top that been getting sick due the water isnt clean had to get water for drinking, which is opposite to what the sales safe mention to me. im looking into buying some where else now.
