Hi, we are an Interior Designing firm and we first take up space planning once appointed by the client, design the space using ergonomic standards. Once the designing ergonomics are taken care of, only then aesthetics are added to a space. I hope you are aware of this standard practice of any Interior Designer. Having said this, the company is staffed up with more than 20 employees and they all are working without the feeling of being boarded in a public Mumbai train as you are trying to mention it. So, NO, the people(employees) have occupied space and it is not becoming suffocating. Thanks.

what is the full cost per sqft. material and labour for this, i want to install marbel on center of the drawing-room wall it will required for atleast 8x8 area on wall
We need a ply to have an even surface and routing of wires.. You can also install on the wall directly but the plaster should be level throughout properly and wires would not be concealed in that case.
