That's a Maruti Suzuki car. We can easily make out that by the logo on the steering wheel. Next time take any Tata Or Mahindra car with you. You'll be safer. Happy travelling. @@HappilyGlobalized
Sad thing about Goan food is that it is at risk from North Indian, Punjabi & South Indian food and it is almost non dominant in Goa now. No one cares about the cusine now. Also most people think that Goan food is popularly based on fish but it is also based on pork, beef and chicken and so much more.
I think it’s more of an issue of the tourist belt. Once you get away from the coast, even a bit, there are plenty of wonderful restaurants with Goan food and fusion. Panjim and surroundings is a paradise for a foodie, who appreciates local flavors!
Goan food is mixture of Portuguese and the local Goan authenticy that is made .we do bake, smoke, fry steam, spiced, grill and wooden or coal fire your food gets good n taste flavours.just try some authentic foods.
