This is so useless. First of all your child shouldnt just sit in their carseat outside of the car. Its a car seat not a baby all the time seat. Second, why would i buy this when the baby can lay down and stretch in the bottom? Done it with my kids and its fine even with older ones sitting on the seat. In this persons situation all the kids should be out of the seats and helping to take care of the baby in the bottom.

Wait the Most Part That Get Damage Are The Handel Bars, They Need Procting to, also it would be a great idea for backpack straps, I've seen this on other Travel covers, and it helps, so your not dragging it or pulling the straps when the wheels are covered
What age are the little girls in this video? I have a 4 and 6 yr old and trying to figure out if they'd fit in it together and for a while. weight capacity, they will but not sure about height/length for legs.
