If I really stretch it I can get 15-16’. Most of the time I’m around 13’, if I need to go higher I have 2 other 17” mini’s setup the exact same way, but I only take them on hunts I know what tree I’m going to and if I need to be 20’ or more.

I shot my first public land buck out of a buddy’s .5 with 3 17” double sticks with aiders and really liked it and considered getting my own setup, Why do you prefer the mini sticks over the doubles?
I remember that day, that was awesome to see that for you! But personally I find the mini’s easier/faster to setup, they have more boot room and they pack flatter to the stand. I used the doubles for 3 seasons and when I switched to the mini’s last year all I could ask myself is why hadn’t I done this sooner
