When he died i was so upset i didn't get over it for months which is kinda sad actually lol. I think he would have been a great addition to the rest of the series
Allan has said in interviews that the hardest part about playing Godric is speaking Swedish because he doesn't know any at all, but Alex is really good about trying to help him with the words. Unfortunately, he says it doesn't help him with his horrible accent. Lol. I guess his native Danish/British mix accent makes the Swedish words Alex teaches him still sound like crap to Swedes. Most of us don't know any better. :o)
The emotional build of the scenes and the music combined was tremendous. I love what you did with this vid! It was incredibly cinematic in its effects. Beautiful!

this video shows centuries of love between eric and godric as maker and child. it's a shame that the love had to be extinguished when godric decided to meet the sun. awesome video, the best one i've seen yet
I love ((GODRIC)). And Allen seems to be just as sweet as his messianic-like character. What an angel. His performance brought me to tears. This was a poignant tribute to him. He deserves nothing but the best-and you achieved that with this vid. Thank you.
@DreamxxxNight Hi there! Thank you very much for the comment. Allan Hyde did reprise his role as Godric in True Blood... He is in tonight's episode "Beautifully Broken" and will be in the season finale as well :O) Godric appeared in Eric's flashbacks in tonight's episode by the way :)
@Doppelganger44 I am sure hopefully I can speak for many true blood fans when I say thanks for putting up a website for him. as far as twitter goes I am not into that.

Hi there... Yes Allan Hyde will be back in S3 to play Godric. It was mentioned in one of Ball's interviews last year that Godric will re-appear in 'flashbacks.' So that is great news. Also, at the EYECON in Florida last November, Allan Hyde talked about it and he had tweeted a few times about 'waking' Godric up for S3. It would be nice to see Eric and Godric in their early years together ;O)
you sure godric will be back for season 3? that would be cool if that happened. love to see him and eric interact again. eric would be so happy seeing him again!
Godric will come back in season 3. Due to the huge popularity of Godrics character he will be brought back, just as Lafayette still lives (unlike the books were he is killed). :)
