is this just a interior or does it come with like all the mech stuff, because i want this to be added in a certain city and want to be a mechanic owner

I made this map and video a long time ago, so I can't recall exactly, perhaps NVE? but this map does tend to have a lack of shadows in general, unlike say the belmont
