If you think it's nice now - you should have lived there in the 70's by the early 80's it started going down hill My paternal side of the family Geo Hambleton came to Florida in 1841, settling on the island in what is now named Lake Hamilton- East of Tampa with 500 head of cattle and a "worker" named Andy. My maternal side of the family were with the founders of St Pete. (My Great Great Grandfather owned the Hibbs Fish Co) I had family all around Tampa, Bradenton and St. Pete. By 1980 the demographics had changed so much and the crime was so bad everyone left - EVERYONE. Imagine how bad things have to get in order for a family that involved around 25 households with well over 100 people to leave an entire geographic area that they founded almost 200 years ago. The trash that moved down to the area from the North East US and Mid-West - ruined the place. Though I visit friends I grew up with from time to time, I'll never return for good - because of the PEOPLE, it's a God forsaken shxt hole. But thanks for posting the video anyway - it reminds me of how rude and selfish people are.
