Hehe hehe yes, I remember those moments , Luz and Amity it's just that best friends are inseparable, even though they weren't friends before, but still in the second season they are best friends, and they are always ready for other adventures
I love how in this episode, they explored how Luz and Amity's relationship isn’t perfect all the time, but they can still work through their problems together. They have rough patches where one or both of them are going through a hard time and can end up unintentionally lashing out at each other. But they end up talking through it together, and fixing what they've done. This, THIS, is a realistic, healthy relationship.
I notice how some people mention the supportiveness of Eda with lumity, but I think homophobia and transphobia doesnt exist in the Boiling Aisles. Notice how she never had to come out to Eda, but did come out to Camila? Thats because in our world we sometimes have to do stuff like coming out Or maybe she thought since Eda was so down with "weirdos together" she thought she wouldnt have to spell it out for Eda, and maybe she decided to come out to Camila because she used to be scared about Camila showing disinterest in Luz being different. (Ofc it was out of love, and anxiety for her baby being bullied) but I like to think that kinda stuff doesnt matter, discrimination still exists but its never for who you love, its like popularity status and being a crazy cooky owl lady.

Is no one gonna question how Hooty assembled a surprisingly well put together tunnel of love in what couldn’t have been less then a hour? For a guy without thumbs he’s quick.
