Saw this once in one of those industrial compilation videos and always wonder how it worked. So they squeeze and cut right down the middle. And because of the design on the rollers it pushes the foam into the cutter and it "imprints"? Are the rolls offset by half? Do they work together or can the designs be different on each roller?
This is the slowest manufacturing process I have seen…akin to watching water boil. With that said, I finally see how Mike Lindell makes his “My Pillows” (9:25). According to the video, it appears they are produced from remnants of leftover mattress foam.
I bought a mattress,it was white foam with the yellow latex layer...I had to get rid of it,the gas off smell was too much...I couldn't go into my home without wanting to throw up...I bought a bamboo pillow too and it had the same smell but I soaked it a few times and its good now
