I love how the Wells Fargo is literally in the guy’s background, just waiting for an opportunity to move in this guy’s life and remind him who’s the boss
Easy to find an apartment to rent. Hard to find good cleaners and keep them. Especially if you only have one per units. If cleaner gets sick. Who will clean for next check in.
Thank you asking Hailie good straight forward questions! I think that made her answer more honestly and precisely about her business and it made a great content. I watched it very attentively. Probably one of the best and clear videos about Airbnb Arbitrage I've seen.
This year I want to use earning calls to help with my strategy on companies I want to invest in. However, I don't understand them. I am always lost and have no clue what they are discussing I lose interest after 20-30 minutes and not gaining much insight. What things should I be looking to get out of an earnings call to help me invest in a specific company or real estate?

This is a great strategy for people with money looking to diversify their investments. I know someone who has done this in the pricy Bay Area. She has great cash flow on a home she bought 20 years ago and is breaking even on a property she bought three years ago having put 1/3 down. Ten years from now she will cash flow better and her equity will be through the roof. She did the same for out-of-state properties.

My old broker ☝️ the strategy over the last probably 5 years. I wish you would have struggled with learning centrally planned fractional reserve banking, Sir. YES, our dollars are worth less; and yes, there is a way out of this thick mess of a stagflationary recession. First of all, STOP TAKING THESE MORTGAGES 🗣️ the real estate industry MUST be one of the first to go in the tertiary business world. It’s a less necessary one, once the currency that glues our government (start thinking how we respect each other’s property rights) together starts to melt. Who care’s about increasing rent when you figure out why the dollar supply increases in the first place. This IS a race to the bottom, get out while you can, Sir. God bless you and your family 🙏🙌 please help us humble Austin, TX.
True, for houses but prices have dropped for places closer and in heart of city for condos. And imo I would never live outside of downtown Austin or the east side or soco, which is basically right next to downtown. The quality of life is so good there’s music everywhere. It’s so much fun..
HER WHOLE STORY IS NOT BELIEVABLE. SHE DIDNT WANT TO RUN A COMMMERCE BUSINESS BUT GOES TO A WAY HIGHER SKILL SET IN AIR BNB???? WHO WOULD LEASE A 19 YEAR OLD 19 HOME VALUED IN THE MILLIONS????? THIS INTERVIEW HAS MASSIVE DECEPTION SIGNALS ... DONT BELIVE A WORD OF THIS INTERVIEW.
I watched your youtube channel and I see that you are making amazing content. I really like your videos. Even your audience also likes it, But you deserve more audience on your channel. I analysed your youtube channel and I see that your SEO (Search engine optimization) score is very low. That's why you can't grow up on youtube. I am a professional digital marketer and expert in youtube SEO. After SEO your video will rank on search engines and you will get a targeted audience on your channel. SEO helps videos to get reach. That's a youtube algorithm. Let me know if you want to know more about it.
Investing in Airbnb properties has been a lucrative venture for me. 🏡💰 It's like having your own mini-hotel empire that generates passive income month after month. By carefully selecting the right locations and providing top-notch hospitality, my Airbnb investments have consistently outperformed traditional real estate. I wasn't financially free until my 40s, and I'm still in my 40s. I've got 3 Airbnb's already, earn on a monthly basis through passive income, and achieved 3 out of 5 goals. Investing was the decision I made.
I wholeheartedly recommend Regina Louise Collaro, a distinguished financial advisor based in the US. Her collaboration with an international organization has been pivotal in my financial success. Regina's expert guidance has not only supported me consistently from educational investments to planning for retirement, but it has also played a critical role in significantly enhancing my wealth. Finding the right financial consultant is as vital as choosing the right life partner-both decisions shape your future profoundly. I feel incredibly fortunate to have Regina as my financial consultant, who has truly transformed my financial landscape and helped me thrive financially
That's great; your investment advisor must be really effective! I've heard from others how helpful investment advisors can be in improving financial stability. Could you share more information about this advisor?
I’ve got 140k in equity in my home, a 100k salary as a petroleum inspector and started a real estate photography/videography business down here in Corpus Christi Tx. I want to get started with air bnb arbitrage in Austin and yalls podcast episode has really given me the confidence to move forward now. Thank you both and cudos!
