Definitely #2 is my favorite. It had style and looked inviting and cozy. I am not a fan of modern, it looks cold and industrial to me. Looking forward to seeing others that you may look at. I love house hunting, although we've been in our home for 25 years now. I should have been a realtor LOL.
Hey, Christopher & Steven. I like the first house for the space and the windows and something different, but #2 has more of a home feeling to it, its hard to explain but thats what I felt and 3&4 are beautiful as well, especially the decor and 5& 6 are beautiful also but missing something.
I think Steven liked the one that was fully staged next to the 1st house. I liked the last one that wasn’t completed yet. Love the character of the older homes you showed but when you clipped from house to house the more open concept stuck out
Loving house 2 the best then 1 3s second bathroom the downstairs one is too small. And while i love 4s yard the living space seems small esp. If u do alot of hosting
I like the house number 4 the best. Where ever you find your bliss we will follow! I really didn’t like house one, it’s very beautiful but it reminded me of your frazzled self in NY, trying to hard to please everyone.
Love the modern one. If I could move again that’s the way I would go. So fresh, such clean lines, no clutter and easy to clean. Maybe just some statement pieces here and there. Nothing suffocating. Thanks for sharing the hunt!
All the houses were so beautiful! In the UK the houses are rarely in good condition or good decorative order like this. I was captivated by the trees too but it's all about the feel when you are there in person. You and Stephen will make the perfect choice I know it!
That was so much fun. The big yard with lots of trees looked promising. Choices were all good. Your Real estate agent selected homes well suited for you both.
I think you will like the one with a nice garden for the dog lol. Appart from that I would always choose a newer house over an older one, because the newer it is the less renovations you have to make.
Test those tubs! I know you love a bath! Lol! I was so disappointed when we finished building our house years ago and my legs were too long to sit comfortably in the new tub!!😂 I'm confident that whatever you all pick will be or become fabulous.
I saw the walk thru this morning - trust me you will not be happy unless you have a bathtub and also separate sinks. Separate toilets separate closets are a win-win. I’ve been there. I’ve done it. I agree I loved it was marital bliss.
Number one for me,it's very much the design of mine and my husband's home. It's modern but that's not for everyone, you do need to be more intentional , simplicity is the key to this look and it can be difficult not to bring in decor over time. It's really a disciplined aesthetic.😊
They’re all beautiful but to me, house #4 is extra special. Wow. You did a fabulous job filming by the way. I’m curious to know what your favorite house is. My guess is #4
