Game just gets depressing after a certain point tbh, feels like you have nothing to do, at least nothing fun cause you've done the same meta events and raids etc 100 times, its just kinda repetitive.
i recently tried this.. and idk if anything changed, but it seemed like i didnt have enough healing in nightmare, even tho i popped all my healing cds lol
@@milenko8bradanov from what I got is this build is more if you have a static lol. The pugs I run into, do not dodge, or try to avoid any damage lmao. I would burst heal, and then they would get topped up and immediately tank damage again.
so back when i grinded for griffon it took me 3 days and after getting griffon i got depressed bc idk what to do next but then i said to myself to grind for skyscale then i did. i played maybe 6 or 7 days nonstop to get it and it burnt me out so rn im taking a break its been 2 months now, still doesnt want to play yet
Since you replied so quickly <3 I have a question about sword Holosmith in Fractals. Is it that much worse because of lower burst? I'm not a huge fan of the Rifle playstyle, but wondering if I'm griefing if I play sword with grenade kit and mines :(
let's start with the promise that you should always play with what you feel more comfortable/better at. Sword holosmith in fractals is not griefing, especially when pugging, you can have all the burst in the world but if you are matched with 2 scourges pepegas in your team the difference hardly matters. There are even situation where sword holosmith is straight up better than rifle (for example siax). The good thing about rifle holo is that it shines when its a big clownfiesta while Sword holo in those cases can struggle a lot (missing alacrity for even 1-2 seconds can rly fuck up sword holo, having chill etc etc) The reason for that is the heat mechanic, overheat on sword holosmith and you are fucked until your heat level reaches 0, but if that happens to rifle holosmith you just carry on!
I cannot wait to learn how I can make gold using my ascended gear in fractals of the mists! I shall look forward to the next guide (in six months COPIUM)
One of the few power profession that survived the massacre that was the 28 of June balance patch. your rifle skills are better now especially the auto attack.
The man who taught his people how to play Holosmith! Now I just need a guide on how to optimally build engineer for pure solo play and I’m good to start putting that legendary armor to good use on Engineer!
The release of lost ark may or may have not contributed at me not working on this guide but after some months it's finally here! The advance tips and tricks part of the video could have been longer and with more tricks but i skipped most of the niche ones that the general player will never use since it was already getting a bit too long. as always feel free to ask anything in the comments and i will get back to you eventually!
After the Aegis nerf I still consider this the best pug carrying build, you can now take retreat as an utility to make up for the lack of aegis OR just take Stand your Ground (or any other skill that gives stability for that matter) and you will barely feel any difference. (fractal defensive potion + perma protection makes you take very little damage)
Hi Ciello, I was wondering about using Purging Flames instead of wrath signet during arkk and ensolyss. Thoughts about it? is it worth it ? Great guide, it helped a lot while trying this new fb build :)
For Ark i usually take both of them unless its a very emergency situation, but if I have to choose between the 2 i would keep the wraith signet since you can proc many tome resets at ark that you can buff with the extra condi damage! For ensolyss on the other hand Purging Flames has some extra value, its not too uncommon to see your teammates with 15 stacks of bleeding and purging flames takes care just of that! (i usually go sanctuary/purging flames for this fight) Lastly it all depends on the player sometimes, if you are feeling particularly lazy for the run, Signet is an utility that you never have to worry about, its just there and keeps buffing your damage no matter what.
criticism about the game is 100% fine but there's some players i know where their full life is to wake up and rant about gw2 untill they go back to sleep and repeat all of that the next day. i think at that point you should 300% take some fresh air.
