Hi everyone! Welcome to my channel! You can call me togs or May2, but if you would like to know my full name, it's Mary Ann.😊 Well, I'm a full-time housewife and love to bake and cook for my family & friends. I joined RU-vid in 2018, and my channel got monetized in 2019 (Thanks to you guys! 🥰) I have been sharing my skills mostly in Baking since that's been my passion, but I also love cooking, which I've shared some of my recipes.
I'm not a professional chef and have never attended any culinary school, but I am indeed a self-taught baker. What I share in my videos are the learnings I've acquired throughout my baking journey and with pleasure, I share them with beginners who are interested and have a positive mindset. By the way, all the recipes and methods that I share here on my channel are my way of preparing them. So, it's all up to you if you want to follow them or do it your way, just giving you an idea. Yes pwede na po pero nasa sayo pa rin yan kung anong consistency ang gusto mo pwede kayo mag adjust sa water.

hindi po ba magiging sobrang tamis ng icing if lalagyan pa ng glucose syrup? kasi po dba matamis narin po ang frosting

Nope hindi naman kasi yung frosting naman ay hindi masyadong matamis at lagyan mo lang ng konting glucose and taste mo din bago magdagdag para meron ka din control sa tamis.

Yes pwede po edible naman po si McCormick merong mga artificial colors and flavorings na pwede na natin ihalo kahit hindi niluluto. Basahin muna yung label ng product para malaman din natin yung content nito. Thank you 🫶

hays ate nandito ako ngayon kasi napanood ko ung isa mong vlog kasi naghahanap ako ng mga vlog at recipe dito sa yt about sa baking. Kasi gusto ko mag business kahit bento cake lang sana. Nakita kolang sarili ko sa sinabi mo na wag agad susuko pag di naperfect ung binake, kasi unang try ko ng chiffon cake at boiled icing palpak sya parang naisip ko na agad na sayang ung ingredients at pera huhu. 😭 btw, airfryer po pala gamit ko kasi di pa makabili ng oven 🥲

Hi it's okay lang kasi ganun po talaga yan sa umpisa mahirap, madaming struggle at minsan losses pa. Pero if determinado ka sa gusto mo gawin ituloy mo lang yung baking lalo na if passion mo eto at diyan ka masaya. Madaming recipe na ma scout natin online yun din ginagawa ko nuong nagsimula pa lang ako. Enhance mo lang yung recipe para maging sayo na eto. Good luck on your baking journey 🥰

Per standard pag nabuksan two weeks property stored. If Unopen meron nakalagay expiration sa pack nito. Mag iiba lang yung expiration once nabuksan na eto.

Itp yong concern q po sa frosting, natutunaw talaga....will try using this whipit po... thank you sa detailed information at sa mga tips 🥰🙂 Beginner lang din po aq sa pagbi.bake .... Ung paglalagay nang frosting ang very challenging sa akin lalo na pag natutunaw na pag nilabas q na sa ref and frosted cake😅 Salamats nang marami po....this is actually practical kaysa using boiled sugar and eggs...💯👏💚 By the way po, matanong q lang if sweet na po ang whipit? D q kasi nakita na nag add kau nang sugar po...sana po masagot nyo aq ....will watch more of your vids po....💯👏

Hi thank you sa time mo sa panonood ng mga videos ko about whippit. Yes sa tagal ko na gumagamit ng whippit hindi ko pa naranasan na nag melt eto. Very stable and matamis na no need to add sugar but you can enhance the flavor. Madami ako videos about whippit just check nalang sa mga old vids ko. Salamat good luck on your baking journey.🥰

Btw po hindi akin ang recipe as i mentioned sa video share ko lang kasi parang masarap siya at same lang din ang pinangalan niya Cassava cake kahit glutinous rice ginamit niya but i never judge the owner ng recipe na manloloko siya nasa viewers po kasi yan kung malawak ang pang unawa. ✌️but salamat sa info Royal Bibingka pala yan...first time ko po kasi gumawa niyan.😊

2 weeks lang po ba ang shelf life ni whippit paste yubng hindi pa frosting kapag nilagay sa ref? Another question po pag ang frosting po ba nilagay sa freezer at gagamitin ibebeat po ba ulit? Salamat po sa sagot new baker here😊

Yun ang standard ng Bakersfield po pero pagmaganda naman yung pagka store niyo ta mataas yung cooling temp ng ref niyo pwede naman mag extend. But make sure na okay pa yung product bago gamitin.

Normally nag a-add po ako ng cream cheese na meron halong powdered sugar na po. Dito sa video im trying to recall if pure cream cheese ba nilagay ko or yung gawa na. Kasi years ago na kasi etong vid. Anyways, you can add pure cream cheese naman or kung meron ka naka ready na cream cheese frosting you can add that as well. Sorry for the super late reply. 🥰

Hindi ko nasubukan gumamit ng ube extract lang Bakersfield lang ginamit ko kasi malasa talaga siya. But if you want to try niyo subukan ibang ube flavoring.

Cake batter you mean, meron pa ako binanggit sa video yung speed mg pag beat at kung ilang minutes po. Pag ma over beat po mag create po siya ng maraming air pockets sa cake. Sundin lang po yung demo sa video and for sure po makukuha niyo ng tama.👌🥰

Rough estimate lang po ako mag lagay pero chocolate ganache gamit ko hindi chocolate powder. Mag try muna kayo ng small amount dadag nalang kayo if you think kulang pa siya.

Yan po ang purpose ng stabilizer kapag whole eggs ang ilalagay, if mag separate ng eggs at e beat niyo yung egg whites perhaps no need na mag lagay niyan kasi yung beaten egg whites that will form into Meringue will stand as the stabilizer itself base lang po sa understanding ko po yan...
