Hey bro, I've been in consulting space 6 years, SaaS sales 2 years until we got acquired by PE firm and they let everyone go. I've been scared to death finding another role despite my experience as I don't have 5 years quota carrying experience. This video has helped me believe in myself. Thank you for doing God's work.
I work for a small company that is fully remote and has always been fully remote, I think the end of work remotely really just depends on the company and it's culture/structure pre and post pandemic. I left a company that was pushing for full return to office. I think if you want a fully remote job, the positions and companies exist you just have to realistic that it may not be the largest employer or fanciest job
Just started my degree and plan on getting an MSMIS or maybe even tough out the extra two years and set myself up even more, I did months of studying on degrees before I chose this degree. All the comments are making me double down on the decision and for surely stick through it
I have 8 years of military experience in logistics.. I’ve been a trucker for 4 yrs… I’m thinking of going this route as a civilian… could I use my military experience as experience

@@ElevateToTheUnknown Thank you, this is confirmation. I have been pitting it off for 2 years now, a little ashamed to say it out loud but, I am getting to work. Thanks again.
9. Customer Support Specialist 8. Data Entry Clerk 7. Social Media Assistant 6. Virtual Assistant 4. Graphic Designer 3. Video Editor 2. Web Developer Amazing lineup. These are the ones that stood out to me. Thank you for this video.
Im 57 year old female, recently widowed and need s better job with better money. Have always loved logistics and inventory, would this degree still be a good choice at my age?
Thank you! I really appreciate you answering and giving your insight, I can tell by your videos you're very knowledgeable. You are helping so many people.
Let's get something straight: Amazon's mass firing was done because they now are getting all their support from the Phillipines and India. Any stories they made where they try to blame the American workers were excuses and lies. Call them folks, as I've been because they've been f'ing up constantly. A week ago I got Americans on the phone. Now it's all foreigners. Just a bit of a coincidence eh?
Nice video ! Btw I don’t think there is anything wrong with Kevin Nash or being an Uber driver . Driving an Uber is a job in itself . There are many people who quit jobs and go full time Uber driving . They use the income to start side hustles , businesses and become entrepreneurs. I know some people who have become successful this way. There are many moms who drive Uber too because they like the flexibility and freedom of schedule. He is probably an entrepreneur. As long as he is getting his money from somewhere ( in his case Uber ) he can pursue his passions and turn it into a business.
I think the concern with Kevin is that he doesn't have anyone he can rely on that he's worked with before. Why wouldn't anyone that he's worked with in his past hire him again?
@@ElevateToTheUnknownNetworking comes from working … Which is why all those Amazon people need to go back to the office ! I like a hybrid work model … We should know who we interact with at work and enjoy their company too.
This comment section is weird. The only reason to bring employees back into an office is control and micro management, tax reasons, and real estate. Commuting is stressful and draining. Being in an office where you can't control your environment and the influences around you are stressful. Having someone always in your face is stressful. Furthermore, remote work is not a perk or a benefit. It's simply an evolution of efficiency. That and, it doesn't matter who you are in tech, if you aren't delivering projects with quality and on time you gotta go. People who are happy that some tech workers have to go back in office are just misery happy they finally have company. People don't wanna be remote to slack off. They want peace of mind and lower pressure in working first, and then the immense benefit of not wasting time and energy commuting, buying crappy food, etc.
How is commuting an excuse? The employee chose where they wanted to live. They balance commute time, cost, living space, etc. Only children think they can have everything.
@kcor4 it is not. They will make it work if they want to continue working at Amazon. If they don’t want to work, someone else will happily do their job.
Well companies are not stupid. They know some workers are working multiple tech jobs and that cannot continue. They also know that workers do the school run and other household chores while they should be working. The workers have abused the trust given to them. I have no problem with forcing workers back to the office.
@@ElevateToTheUnknown I am quite high up in my company. The workers have absoutely abused the trust given to them. Some were even caught sleeping during the day whlle they are supposed to be working. Some have been seen out shopping for clothing items when they are supposed to be at home working. Its just become a complete mess. There's no way the productivity you get from working at the office can compare to working from home.. Work has become an inconvenience in the daily lives of some workers because they have planned work around whatever lifestyle they have created at home. Forced return to the office could not come quick enough in my opinion.
@@jackblack1801 That's a dumbass position. You don't think workers do the exact same thing in the workplace than they do at home? And even if they do all that, if the work gets done, why does it even matter? If you can't complete tasking that you have regardless where you are then you aren't a good employee anyways. But if the job is getting done, and the conflict of interest is not there, why the fuck do you care?
@@jackblack1801the workers dont care about productivity. If you pay them minimum wage they give you minimum wage effort. Putting people back in the office is just gonna kill the mood for the people who like being in the office affecting their productivity. Might wanna trust better people not change the good workflow. If you believe those people are gonna give you better numbers being in the office you are wrong.

Great content brotha. I wasted $45k on a BS in Exercise Sciences only to end up working in private security. After investigating $8k in training and working 3 years of celebrity protection I finally cleared well over $110k/yr. So much for the college degree. However, EP is a niche industry in a small market that is grossly saturated. Plus you need to be in the big boys club if you want to maintain good income. Cybersecurity is definitely doable.
