Hi! If you are installing only a slip-on, there is no issue with the exhaust valve, because the valve is located before the exhaust can. However, you can detach the cables and remove the servo motor if you want. Removing that is a must if you are switching to a full system. When the servo motor is disconnected you MUST plug a servo eliminator (I've used Healtech Electronics Exhaust Servo Eliminator), otherwise the bike throws an error and goes into "limp mode". I think it is also possible to disable the servo check by loading the Akra map, as the akra full system does not have servo.
These guys have time to make videos but are not making enough effort to ship our damn exhausts even after deadline. Everyone's complaining on the forums.
