I have a question about the last example, The constant relations you gave for the different crystals are for the most dense linear vectors ( BCC = 111), but the vector asked about is actually in the 110 vector, so why did you take the radius to edge correlation of sqrt3 and not sqrt2 ?? Thank you

How did you u added center aton on the 100 plane? I would be believe (100) plane is most likely a primitive cubic, thus, if we assume <100>cubic. Do u mind explaining how u arrived at a BCC?

Are you referring to the image at 28:07? That center atom is not in the (1 0 0) plane for BCC. What you are viewing is what one would see if they were looking at the BCC unit cell from the side. You would see the center atom but it would not be at the same level as the (1 0 0) plane. Notice the planar density calculation does not include the center atom.
