btw this is why home ownership has become impossible for the average person. anyone and everyone who can afford too just buy or build houses purely to rent, so if you go to buy you’re not competing with families starting out your competing with massive investment companies, then when you go rent they’re gonna charge you even more than what it cost them to buy.😅
I have two duplexes and one 2-story SFR. The duplexes I own, free and clear along with the SFR. I have all the expenses mentioned but without the mortgage payment. Bought them all during the housing market crash of 2008, so I spent pennies on the dollar, litterally. My profits are through the roof. I'll be buying up more bank owned properties soon, all cash, then rehabbing them. The rents will be used for rehabbing, so, in effect, my renters are paying for all repairs, as it should be. When it works, it's very well worth it.
Nobody actually does it that way because it takes too long. I’ve been making roughly 7K a year from dividends and it took only an hour to get started but it took bro hours to make that matrix I bet. 😂
Shitty 1 story houses rented for 1600. Two bedrooms for 1600. I used to rent a very nice 2 story house 4 bedroom for 1600, about 7 years ago. Treating essential necessities like investment opportunities is destroying the ability for common people to think past not starving. **** you.

Making money is an action. Keeping money is behavior, but “growing money is wisdom”. I found this out a week ago after getting a $10,000 return on my $3,000 investment in 7 days.

Despite having over 600hp... it's not supposed to be fast, it's supposed to be easy. My brother has one, he doesn't take it to tha mall, he goes to Italy in it. It's a grand tourer, meant for eating thousands of miles with effortless comfort. I wanna 'borrow it' from him because I can't afford one of my own and road trip it to Athens from London for a 4000mile round trip, lol.
