Absolutely wrong ex's for knee All exs are doing in short arc position and exs should b done in full supine lying not in long sitting and in SLR exs leg should b lifted upto 45 degrees and no need to keep the roller or towel below the knee..if u keep like that knee will b flexed upto 30 degrees..in 30 degrees of flexion of knee, how can patient do static Qceps ex's.. first u suppose to know the meaning of what is static
@@y.u.v.i go for stactic hamstring ex's and eccentric strengthening exs of Gastronemius and soleus and closed kinematic ex's of the knees..it gets recovered fast.. and also go for SLR exs
