If you guys can sell a better refined lumbar pad or system that can just slide into the back rails that would definitely change the game for the chairs My lumbar bad is too firm sometimes and doesn’t support my lower and upper back and the same time
I would get it but the problem is the lever arms are wobbly on the classics so it’s like putting a cherry on a melted ice cream. Great option for people with the firm arms that don’t wobble
Easy to adjust and goes well with the chair. I'm not sure why I would want a new cushion or if I actually need to wash it anyway. Unless someone's hair is extremely greasy/dirty, I don't see a point in removing the cushion?
Hello there! Thank you for your comment. While it is indeed an additional feature, it can be extremely useful! We incorporated this feature from our Mirra 2 headrest after receiving positive feedback from clients who found that changing the insert to different colors greatly enhanced the aesthetics. For the Leap V2 chair, there is a wide range of colors that we can't produce immediately at launch. Therefore, many clients with unique chair colors chose to get the closest matching color and then use a specific color insert once we have it available, instead of buying a whole new headrest. This allows for better customization without the need for an entirely new purchase!
I received the chair 4 months before the headrest kek at least it was worth the waiting for 4 months. They were clear about this from the start as they told me they will ship the chair first because the headrest was not out yet. The chair is refurbished well and the headrest is new. Good value for the money.
Cool concept and great functions. The material's good too and installation is easy especially if you're watching the video to speed things up. Would love to comment on the color but I got the Scarlet one for my Pink Lemonade chair since they don't have that color. Hopefully, they'll have more colors soon.
I ordered the Mirra 2 chair with the Office Logix headrest at work and it's amazing, so I decided to get your headrest for my Leap V2 chair at home. The Leap chair isn't from Office Logix but I thought the headrest should fit any Leap chair whether it's from Office Logix or Steelcase. Turns out it's compatible and supports my head perfectly. I'm 6'3" so I find it cool to be able to raise the headrest up.
I'm having an issue with the two metal anchor arms popping out very often. I wish they would've made them longer or something. Also would've wanted more adjustability to move the headrest more forward. It does it job when you recline, but it would've been nice to have it closer when you tilt just a bit.

It is designed to stay secure unless significant forward pressure is applied directly to it. I waited 3 days before commenting to be fair. I get the hype and how everyone rushes to post their opinions, so I gave it 72 hours before sharing mine. Here it goes: Delivery was on Wednesday morning. I tried using the manual to install the headrest but got a bit confused, so I watched the video instead and got it done pretty easily. It felt weird at first because I'm not used to having a headrest. Usually, when I lean back, there's nothing there, so it felt strange in a good way? For someone not used to a headrest, it takes time to get familiar with it, but once I did, it was great. The headrest is sturdy and can be adjusted in many ways. One thing though, you should mention in the manual that the lock at the back is for replacing the fabrics and has nothing to do with the adjustments. I didn't realize that until I watched the other video with the QR code at the bottom. Being able to take it out and wash it is a smart idea. It also looks really good and modern, so that's another plus.
Is there any way to lock the angle adjustment? The knobs are tightened but every time my head makes contact the headrest tilts down. In the video it looks like it does not move at this point and it tilts down even if the knobs are cranked down.

Great job, gentlemen! This is a really well-done headrest. I've tried several headrests before, and Engineered Now on the Aeron was my all-time favorite. I guess I can add this one as a close second favorite!

My only experience with this company is their Aeron mesh. I have a Steelcase chair in my office that I rarely use so no harm from trying this headrest. To my surprise it's pretty solid. I Never thought an aftermarket Aeron parts manufacturer can produce something this accurate. Bravo.
Thought you'll never upload the adjustment vid, good that you did. All in all it's good. I would get another one IF you lowered the shipping fees to the UK as I can't pay twice for shipping. Shoulda bought 2 from the beginning. Any chance of doing so?

My 4th order from Office Logix Shop and they never failed to deliver as expected. Bought a Mirra 2 chair, a headrest, Leap V2 chair, and this headrest and they're all outstanding. My only comment about this headrest is the missing coat hanger. You guys have it on all other headrests, why not this one as well? Other than this I believe it's a solid addition to the chair.
Had to drive home like a maniac before the porch pirates get it 😅 Unpacked and installed it in 10 mins, and I've been using it for 5 hours and so far it's really comfortable and responsive
As some one who tried the original head support for the Leap 2 chair this is a massive upgrade. Several ways to place it under your head and that's really cool

First of all thanks for keeping us up to date during these months. Secondly, my main concern was always the color, because the Leap has tons of colors out there and didn't know how close you're gonna match it, but damn man it's actually matching. I don't know about other colors but I have the gray chair like the one in the video. As for the functions, it does what's supposed to do so can't add anything extra here
I received my order from Greece! Great item and the installation was easy! Inserting the 2 braces was the only hard part, since the fabric was tightly connected to the back of the chair. I will wait for the adjustment guide!
I placed an order on June 12th, which was last month, however the ETA indicated as 15th July, but the order has still shown "unfulfill" ever since I checked on it. So, when is the exact delivery date?
