The worst flying experience I had was with PAL. From check in for my flight from SFO to arrival in terminal 2 in NAIA. The return flight was even worse. I just wonder if PAL has really changed. You should title your vlog as Take off and landing because you did not really show anything.

Philippine airlines just canceled our flights back to Canada with no warning. They rebooked our flights without warning or notice one month ahead on separate flights and dates. They booked our daughter who was seated with us to fly alone on different days. They did all this without asking or communicating with us. I have lost all respect and faith in Philippine airlines. We have jobs & lives & children to take care of, fix this!!! We need to get home, we booked & paid for these flights over four months ago. You did not even give us any notice or reason for canceling our flights home. Shame on you Philippine airlines. Your country and its people deserve better. I’m a Canadian and i need to get my family back home now not in one month or on different flights days apart. Who is going to pay for loss of a months work, hotels/accommodation and food for a month for 3 people? What if my wife loses her job because she can’t go to work. PAL always have good customer service from check-in to cabin crew which make me wonder why PAL is never included in best airline of the year or atleast best in asia
My 1st flight was via Airbus 340-313 from NAIA MANILA - HEATHROW LONDON flight PAL 720 . My returning flight was via Airbus 340 from HEATHROW LONDON - NAIA MANILA via PAL Flight 721 . My last flight b4 pandemic begun from NAIA MANILA - HEATHROW LONDON was via Airbus 350-900 same flight #720 . We took 14 hours n 45 minutes wdout stopover . Seems PAL pilots are better than any pilots n i salute of thier beutiful well attended n honest n cooperative . Atsay or servant sila sa ere pero maganda ang kanilang serbisyo .
