This is a channel all about my keeper journey through fish, reptiles, tarantulas, and much more. I will have a wide variety of vlog style updates, diy, care, tips and tricks, and plenty of information about pets and being a hobbiest all while keeping it christian and family friendly. I hope to have you follow along and get involved as we all grow and progress together!!
I've seen lace and always liked it but never thought about adding it in, but now it's definitely on my radar since I do want to keep working with pied, I may have to keep an eye on your work 😉
Dumerils boas are awesome. We had a pair about that length, but thinner, at a reptile shop that i used to work for. They have surprisingly BIG babies for how big they are. I didnt expect that at all. They seem to be about as big as most hatchling burms and retics.
Big mama is definitely overweight but beautiful! I am in an rv with a carpet python and a burm. Can't wait to buy property so I can have more space for more animals! Mostly snakes and lizards 😄
Yes she is, unfortunately it's easy to pack weight on an animal but not so easy to take it off but we will definitely be monitoring her diet! Those are two awesome species of snake you have, you'll be getting more before you know it!!
Thanks for watching brother! Lol our variety is definitely a detriment to our ball python collection but I don't think we could have it any other way!!
Got a little tongue tied and said a couple things wrong that I didn't notice until editing but decided to keep the video up anyway I hope you guys enjoy our setup!!
Thank you for the advice! I personally haven't had an issue with metal mesh although I have seen things online, with that being said I don't own these enclosures anymore I moved on to build my own 😁
Got one as a small rodent pet, little male grey dude, he's chill the pet store said they may be skittish but if you interact with them enough they warm up to ya. He isn't aggressive but if there are other animals near and i pick him up he does try to bite. after a few hours, he didn't freak out as much. is there any foods for them you'd recommend?
That's awesome, they can be a little skittish when it comes to continuous handling I was more referring to them just on a day-to-day breeder rodent interaction but if you've got it to where you can handle it for long periods of time that's pretty good, as far as food I just feed rodent feed "Tucker milling brand from tractor supply to be specific" with ASF you want a little bit higher protein but there are a wide variety of things you can feed them I'm not a complete expert in, there is a group on Facebook called "African Soft Fur (ASF) Breeding Hub" I would look it up there is a ton of info on there! facebook.com/groups/asfbreedinghub/?ref=share&mibextid=NSMWBT
Just came across this. I think your videos would be much better if you spent more time showing the tarantula in its enclosure instead of 90% being about the build. It was nice though.
