I floated for 19 frames, then let go of the jump button for 2 frames, which makes the game think I grounded for a frame, if I press jump on that frame I can do a double jump
pretty sure in the future you will do with it 1 second because every speedrun you do, you get +30 seconds faster every speedrun, or practice like mades you +15 seconds faster per practice [+1 second per level]
