That is a tool from Cricut used to weed vinyl. Actually not sure what's it called. Lol, it came in a bundle with out tools used with the Cricut machine. I will find out a let you know.

Hello, it's been a while but I think I did 400F for 45 seconds and I did firm pressure. Now, may press between 385-400F medium to light pressure. I had a line pressed into it from the edge of the paper. You can jagged the edges or use a press pillow underneath. Hope that helps.
