@@romaneejit That's unbelievable.I thought those people gave their time voluntarily? That's, quite shocking.Im sure there are other areas that could be clipped financially and the funding go to keeping our youth safe.Very disappointing.Thank you for your reply.
Jane McGrath yes all volunteers gave their time two nights at the weekend for nothing. The problem cam when they wouldn’t appoint a coordinator or supply the facilities anymore. Its such a loss to omagh. To its eternal shame, the fermanagh based councillors decided that if Enniskillen didnt have it, Omagh didnt need it. The project died.
@@romaneejit I'm just so shocked.Im from Omagh and came back to the area after 23 yes.I met a few of the Night Angels when I was coming from the Strule Arts centre.It was a wonderful project.It was absolutely needed and still is in the town.If a council hasn't the sense to see it needs to look after its youth then that's a terrible oversight.Thank you for your reply.
Jane McGrath its a awful pity indeed. Lives were saved by these guys. I was there as a volunteer and Coordinator and seen the wonderful support and live saving work done. We only wanted to volunteer. Was that not enough? Thanks for the support.
