I am Mr Jabaar from Bloemfontein. Ywyse rejected our claim. No 1045138. for storm and lightning damage. They try every trick in the book not to pay your claims. It is all fine when you pay your premiums but when it comes to damages you have problems people. What is the purpose of paying thousands in premiums every month and when it comes to damages you end up repairing it yourself out of your pocket. This is what you call a capitalist system enriching them with your hard sweat while you get poorer and poorer. Maybe it is better to form a group and contribute all into an account and if you encounter such damages the money will be there to repair those damages. Insurance companies are colluding because they know that financial institutions dont finance unless you have insurance in place. How would they start reacting if no one decide to finance cars and houses for a few years. I am a very unhappy customer with Iwyse and will continue put their name to shame unless they start practicing fairly and settle my claim.
Be carefull with Iwyse. I had lightning damage and storm damage on my property and Iwyse rejected my claim. Roof damage and ceiling damage. My smart tv was also damaged and need to be replaced. They want to replace it with a low grade replacement unit where I had one of the top of range units at the time I bought it. Please public beware of them. They will rip you off. This is our first claim after years of joining with them. Insurance companies are only fine as long as they receive your premiums. I spoke to experts with samsung and they advised me that the tv set they trying to replace me with is not the right one. They advised me on the Q7 range. I was happy with my tv because I could aporeciate the value of the money I spent.
