Thank you for such kind words <3 The reset combo is not available anymore unfortunately.. There are some other reset combos available still though, as seen in the video f33:4 can still reset in some situations (But risky) 😁🙏
@@flowerfgc Thank you for the nice words ❤ if it wasn't for you I wouldn't have tried him, when you told me he is like playing a rhytm game I had to try!
Can you high splat even with a high combo count? cannot get it to land in training mode unless im close to the wall with little filler. Maybe im too slow
Nice video! Never thought about just doing b3 after d3 at the wall for a wall combo. That helps a lot. Not sure if this is known already (since I don't use discord and stuff much), but a personal tech that I've been using a lot is doing a blazing kick (d,d/b4) instead of u/b3 after bb4,3 HMS u/4. Not only does it do more damage, if the opponent decided to stand up by hold u, for any reason, it will immediately launch them for a back turn combo. Also, if the blazing kick is delayed a bit, while it will be blocked by those who hold u, it will launch those who decide to hold back instead of just flipping them for a full forward-facing launcher. So it ends up being kind of a 50/50. Either the opponent tries to block the blazing kick and get launch for it, or they try to just hold back and get launched by a bit delayed one. Of course, they can just lie on the floor and just eat the hit with no risk, but it's still free damage.
Been doing this as well as of late, it's very solid although loses a little bit of frames so the wakeup situation after the flip is kinda risky. So satisfying when they get up wrongly though 🤩
Such a great feeling yeeting them into outer space on wake up with blazing kick. They go from the lowest point of the game to the highest point in 3 seconds. Kyeeeh mon’ 🌹
Yo thats how you know your goated I remember that series and loved season 3 lee with all of those tech catch set ups and the tips from quick note 1 to 5 were match practical too!! Also you can os law 3+4 4 with a i13 mid! You can do df44 to punish or float
This is a fantastic video! I don’t want to be picky about this but you can do mist step now by just holding forward after the button has been pressed. The neutral is no longer needed outside of a raw mist step. Just thought I’d share since I saw it in the notations :) Stay Marvelous 🌹
ye that was actually my biggest problem as a complete beginner starting with lee, to know when and how you properly wall carry and wall combo, i usually tried only df1, f41 into Hms u2 ub3. I will definetly try those other wall variations. Ty
Marvelous! Loved it. Random bit of tech I have been using myself that might need a little refining. In situations where you step and launch. If you go into his usual 4u3 filler, b2 can whiff because of the axis. You can salvage this mistake by using heat burst after 4u3 which gives you time to ss to realign stabilising the combo and making sure you don't miss out on alot of damage.
Will note it down & add to one of the future quicknotes! I find using b1:1f in these situations often works as well, but seems to be usually off-axis to the left that causes b2 to whiff.
I've seen this as well, it's a little finnicky & angle dependent but it's definitely not a bad BT punishment option. Might add to a future edition to let people know 🙌
Really helpful notes Flower! Much appreciated! but I'm struggling to do the SSR b4 into d3 ender in open stages. Is there some sort of timing for this or what? Spring kicks beat me every time
There is a little bit of a timing aspect to it, as you need to start running as early as possible after you finish the tornado move. Then to beat spring kicks you need to get a deep enough sidestep so that you're off-axis enough. Takes a bit of practice, but it's very doable once you get it down! 🙏
I was already contemplating picking up Lee, and when I came across your channel on Twitch it pretty much completely solidified the decision, so these guides are gonna be a great help! Thanks!
