In the south part of deadwind pass, in the building behind karazhan, you don't need to do the quests but you need a priest who has done them to enable it server wide, I went and it was there.
Its not server wide but layer wide. If someone didnt do it on ur layer it wont be there. Sometimes layers collapse and thats what causes it to disappear
I did the new dungeon on my shadow priest at 56 because I really wanted vampiric touch. It's been awesome to do the remaining levels with still only 59 though, getting close!
Trading dispersion for VP seems fair, you lose defensive but you would be so OP with both. Poor warrior uses reck and does no damage hahaha and undead priest must be fun burst with 4 dots. Looks like a lot of fun
That cave is one of my favorite places in WOW! I remember going in there my first time playing and was just amazed! That was back in 2006 or so lol. Still cool to go back there once in a while.
@@DannyGaminGnC yeah shadowguard is worth it. 3 blackout proc chances. The 20% mortalstrike is also nice to have from hex of weakness, but shadowguard is nice extra damage.
