Nice collection you've got there, only you should really try Sunset Riders, wonderful game, it's like Contra but not as unforgiving and it's with Cowboys in the Wild West, try it out, pretty sure you'll love it...😊😊
I like it it looks great, but with the place you put it youturned it from 4 in to two player arcade. That machine deserves better place even thoughit looks goo in there. Enjoy it. Hopefully God willing in about a year or so I will buy the same one
A Rec Room Masters cabinet!!!! Lol i have the very first new 32inch rec room masters stand up arcade. They are back in business if you ever need help. Hey brother , im a supporter of your channel, great videos, but thats not how you set up ssf 7.1 for VPX or fx3 with dof etc and all the rest. The issue, is you need to hook up your ssf as front and rear , not left and right. Unless you have software for your sound card that allowed you to change the sound outputs to what speakers. But it should be 2.1 front , 1 amplifier with a left and right exciter and 1 bass shaker. Then for your second amplifier it should be left and right rear (exciters near your backglass) Like you said you reallt dont need a second bass shaker or subwoofer just for ssf. So i have the two dayton exciters in the rear. So thats 4 dayton exciters total. 1 large 8inch dayton bass shaker . Running on 2 amplifiers. I didnt hook up the 10inch sub woofer i originally purchased for the second amplifier. My backbox, i am using the same sound system i use in every system i build, its a PC 2.1 system logitech thxII powered 10inch subwoofer. (The reason i didnt install the ssf second sub woofer) To make life easiest, even though my pc has a 7.1 sound card , i always buy the same external sound card that everyone buys off amazon. It all cheap, i have 1 digital out connection from my pc into the external sound card. That sound card has a main output that runs to your backglass speakers and subwoofer (it would be a amplifier if i didnt have a powered subwoofer etc. Then on your sound card you should have a surround and a rear. The surround wire runs into your amplifier that powers your two exciters closest to your backbox. Finally you run a cable from your sound card to your rear amplifier. (Remember your rear is the two exciters you want to mount as close to your flipper buttons as possible, and my large dayton bass shaker . (I put yhe bass shaker on the front amplifer closest to me because the subwoofer that comes with my backbox system is HUGE, and i literally need to keep bass almost turned all the way down. My exterbal soundcard comes with software that shows all my speakers just as if i was standing infront of a pinball table/or tv setup. You then can click on each speaker individually, and it will say what speaker it is . "Such as front left", front right", left surround , right surround. I know that was alot of me writing but i was trying to not make it as confusing as possible. The reason i posted, was i noticed your amplifiers didnt have left and right, i saw treble, bass, subwoofer, and volume. This means your not going to get true 7.1 surround sound . Wjat your actuslly getting right now is basically 4.1. Because the whole point of SSF 7.1 is to hear the ball roll from the back and slowly all the way right into your flipper , and its awesome. The way you have yours set up your not actually getting 7.1 surround force feedback. You are running Stereo output. However, you can fix the issue literally in less then 10 minutes.actuslly because you set it up as left and right. Your speaker wire is long enough to reach the entire length of your cabinet. So you can just choose one amp to be your "front amp" and one to be "rear amp" (rear actually is the amp that powers the exciters where your standing) You just need to unplug 2 plugs, and switch 2 speake wire exciters so that one amplifer is as i said above. You then will have full 7.1SSF sound output. Sorry for the long post brother, ive helped tons of people, my post was just offering my help it wasnt at all meant to offend you. If tou need more help, reach out to me, we just started a Facebook group to go with the youtube if you want to get in contact with me.
Any chance you might know about a potentiometer in / near the gas pedal? I’m trying to figure out why when I double pump step on the gas the car doesn’t get going… I always come in last because of this. Thanks in advance for your help. Also by the way… I noticed that your Cruis’n is really loud like mine was and I could tell you how to fix that if you’d like … It’s one of the diagnostic menus before you start playing
Hi, Nice video! I am now working on making my own 32 inch virtual pinball machine. Is it also possible to connect 1 bass shaker to the sub output of the 7.1 external sound card? Would that have the same effect? Of course connected to his own amp. Thank you in advance for your comment.
Sitting here and realizing I am just watching another guy (probably around my age lol) just showing his NES collection and mentally comparing how my collection stands. Very nice collection indeed! I really like your tab dividers and am going to steal the idea (thank you!) I have got to say your boxed games deserve some plastic protective boxes to keep them looking as good as they do. I am kind of thinking I will display the complete boxes separate from their cartridges so I do not keep taking the cart in/out of the box. Thanks for the content (now I kind of want to just do a little video of my collection (if only for insurance purposes)
My collection is over 100. So you are way ahead of me. Most the ones you are missing are favorites of mine I'm also missing. But very pricey! Shatterhand, BattleToads Double Dragon the Ultimate Team, GI Joe, KickMaster, Little Nemo(ok way cheaper than the others but haven't picked it up yet) Ok you might have a couple of those just don't remember it mentioned. Have a few Famicom only titles such as Kid Dracula, Mappy, Tower of Druaga, Dragon Buster 2, Pac-Land, but most important Holy Diver. Have Popeye and Donkey Kong 3 both released for NES but I have the Famicom carts.
I love the Nintendo Entertainment System. It has many wonderful classic games that even younger gamers love. The Donkey Kong arcade classic games are amazing and I love them on NES and arcades. Amazing NES collection. Cool video. ^_^
WOW Now That’s An Awesome Video Of The “Retro Game Room Tour! All Access - Games, Pinball, Arcade! Halloween Special” Good Job & I’m Liking That “Egyptian Sarcophagus” Item Of Yours :-)
sadly I got the same cab and setup. The cab being made of MDF you only get abotu 20% of the feedback. I swear, I tried the same setup on a hardwood cab and it blew my mind. When purchasing a pinball cab always make sure its made of hard wood. SSF works with resonance. and MDF is liek foam so it doesnt vibrate liek hardwood. but to be clear, its better then nothing, you can actually feel the vibrations. But on a hardwood cab its night and day difference.
Fun video. It's a shame Sega bit off more than they could chew in the 90s because the 32X had so much untapped potential. The arcade games alone were worth it. Whenever someone does a 32X video I can't help but remember when I went to pick up my first 32X game and I'm at the store, I have Doom in my hand and was ready to go to the front and pay when someone (maybe a guy who worked there, maybe just another customer) says to me that version of Doom is so terrible, what a horrible game, etc. So I said thank you, put Doom back on the shelf and ended up buying Cosmic Freakin Carnage!!! I still curse that guy when I retell the story.
That's a great collection. The Genesis is my favorite and those clam shell cases look great on the shelf. Lots of great stuff there and tons of fun to be had. Since you enjoy some of the newer Genesis games and home-brews have you checked out TMNT Shredder's ReRevenge? It's similar to the Simpsons SOR2 but they did more work to include a story and not just place the sprites over existing ones but actually change the animation and move sets. It's pretty cool especially if you enjoy beat em ups (and who doesn't love SOR 2?).
You guys were at PRGE? Oh man, I think we were the only ones to NOT go! It would have been such a delight to meet you two at last! I've been enjoying diving more into homebrews of late. Oh man, those LRG wait times, right? Ha ha--Pokemon puzzle aaaaand already done, nice. That's fun on the Alien comics. I feel that; you have the games already but when you can score a two pack/three pack/etc. it's too hard to pass on.
Excellent pickups! Scarface is a real fun game, You’ll dig that one! Its a shame you didnt film the expo. I enjoy your show videos. Looking forward to the next one! 😁
