Adding in here- Property values are actually really cheap in Nebraska. Omaha is a bit pricier but the smaller towns around it you can get a place for under a hundred k, and that's now, in 2010 it was even lower.
Theres a movie called "Boys in Company C" its like a 70s version of Full Metal Jacket. It has the same guy playing the drill sergeant. The whole movie was on youtube at one time.
Well, kinda right about the squeak. By running some silicone on the top edge of the floor support (beams your plywood subfloor sits on). You create a silicone gasket between the subfloor and the beams. As the nails loosen over time your floor lifts just slightly but enough to squeak. With the gasket you will have no such squeak. So no, your not technically "gluing" your floor down. All the best my guy. Don't mean any disrespect or anything. Just figured from other videos of yours you would prefer to know the correct details. I can tell you for a fact I built the house I live in now. My brother helped now and again but that was with the trusses mainly. Anyway to save money I didn't silicone my floor supports. And I definitely have a squeak or two lol. The addition however, quiet as a mouse lol.
I believe it still is illegal to withhold visitation for failure to pay child support. It just makes you both in contempt of court. I had full custodynof my three daughters from my first marriage and I never got a penny of support from my deadbeat ex wife, but I still had to let her have her visitation time.

90% of the time just ignore a cease and desist letter, its a bully tactic that has not legal grounding, its just a lawyer saying they "might" sue, if they were going to they would have, well if they had a case. again 90% of the time they dont, they know most dont know lawfare and this tactics will work on the uneducated... dont fall for it, when it comes time for court you can always comply ending the law suit... lol

Shit I’ve seen every Germans react to this u can find an none have pointed to what exactly the fingers represent just yea that not the German three. Tbh I didn’t know that much. I guess you could go to an exclusive event speaking only English but if the person is anything but some guy the can only speak English has a really good excuse to be at someplace with the entire high command….
Man, I'll never forget when I first saw this movie. I had a weekday off and decided on a whim to go to the movie theater. There wasn't anything out that I wanted to see, and, of the movies that fit my time frame, The Game was the only one that sounded interesting. The film got no marketing at all, and I almost didn't see it because I've never really cared for Michael Douglas. Boy, what a ride!! I was alone in the theater on some random Tuesday afternoon, getting my mind blown, lololol.

Making an extra effort to make it more politically correct by rephrasing it as "People of Sand" is an unnecessary pander. The only part of that whole bootcamp chapter that was wrong was the Drill Instructor getting physical with the recruits. If a single one of these people said so much as a word about that to any superior Gunnery Sergant would be in a load of trouble.
