beleive me i blast-turn like crazy in the gba games, the black bull is just built different. i normally cruise in the falcon cause i like all-arounders. im gonna be playing climax throughout the next week so i gotta get used to how its movement is slightly different then its predecessors.

Well I’m embarrassed, I ditched good ol golden fox cause he’s outclassed by fire stingray. I have to reevaluate myself and take on this game one day again in expert.
The issue is this game’s physic engine isn’t the greatest and the problem with the first wall bounce it really depends how fast Falcon can boost you the 2nd time on master difficulty
So THAT is why Missingno makes them sounds sometimes. I thought the game was just spewing nonsense random sounds, but it was just more unused remaining data from the past. Pretty spooky tbh
Man I watched your whole play through of this and it’s fascinating. Gotta say tho I’m so glad they put mewtwo in cerulean cave. The whole silph co narrative of showing up. Swimming though a pool in a one way hallway in an office building? Fighting Giovanni who has the 3 legendary birds that you also have? Then prof oak just randomly being there and battling you for no reason then saying “yeah go ahead child go catch the strongest pokemon ever that might blow up the whole building we’re in if you fail” just seems like nonsense.
keep in mind gen 1 was suppose to be longer it’s not a theory we definitely can prove it was suppose to have 191 Pokémon, 9 gyms and 237 Pokémon moves but I’m still missing certain data it’s possible it’s still out there but I’m guessing Giovanni was the 9th gym leader it would make sense since we don’t know he’s a gym leader until he is. Giovanni and team rocket originally created mewtwo and were funding the cloning projects dr Fuji same Fuji that was captured by the rockets wanting to free mewtwo and a bunch of rebels were trying to stop Giovanni from taking it over I think even professor oak knew Giovanni and decided to stand in his was because professor oak was a champion many years ago.
Red didn't master his speedster abilities before leaving Pallet Town. tsk tsk! Interesting seeing the Pokemon that seem out of place on certain routes now... and the pre-Gym adds interesting lore to the game. Rock throw as a TM would have been sooo much better than Bide! And the cut Pokemon are interesting to see.
186 entries is a damn exciting number. In Gen 1 we had 151 Pokémon; 19 from Gen 2 and 12 from Gen 4 were related to Evolution lines from the 151. Gen 6 added Sylveon and Gen 8 added 3 Pokémon related to Meowth, Mr. Mime & Farfetch'd. (Only counting before Hisui Pokémon). 151 + 19 + 12 + 1 + 3 = 186 So basically *all* Kanto related Pokémon before Legends Arceus could have been placed in a Gen 1 Game 😊
Would be a nice detail if they possibly added them in legends z-a (we can only be delusional and hope lol), like as extinct pokemon species that were introduced in legends arceus for example basculegion
Mindblown, our childhood is basically partly a lie 😮 in my opinion they did a really poor job with all that scrapping. Or the substitution of squirtle evo with blastoise 🤦 honestly so many poor decisions 😢
Did Ohmega get a Pokémon inspired by it? I think it gives Genesect vibes of being a possible robot version of an existing Pokémon (Genesect is possibly Kabutops and Ohmega bares a striking resemblance to Kangaskhan)
A lot of people don't play Tyrant, but it can come up sometimes, and it's a beast when it does. It's an easily accessible board wipe, and the Battle Phase Spell/Trap negate is surprisingly relevant because it can stop Evenly Matched. Honestly, this card is just really cool. The only thing that sucks is that it's nomi, so you can't summon it again unless you put it back in your Extra Deck.
