Property review show is a type of show that has become popular in the United States, Canada, Australia, and other countries. The show consists of an expert real estate agent who reviews real estate and significant properties to viewers. The agent gives an opinion based often on the first visual, each property is not always researched, most reviews are often simply opinion pieces as the agent virtually tours the property for sale.
The purpose of these shows is to enjoy different aspects and angles of property around the world and discover new markets. They are also used by real estate agencies for advertising purposes to showcase their services and expertise in this area.
Какое умиротворение,покой и блаженство здесь.Какая тайна старины.Какие счастливые люди,котрые будут жить здесь,вдали от шума и толпы.Интересно,когда он построен?
Where I live in the US, USD785,000 could probably purchase a 2-bedroom condo. Maybe. I have a lot of Scottish ancestry and the idea of living in Scotland appeals except for the weather and it’s still part of the UK. Declare Scotland independent and a member of the EU, and I will be a-knocking on your door. (I know you cannot change the weather. 😎)
I have a church for sale... it was £30K in 2014, sold by Church of Scotland, bought for £54K in 2019 by me (because it had planning permission for a house conversion) BUT NOT IS ALL IT SEEMS.... the church sits atop archaeology from a former church and abbey., causing 90% humidity... cost of remedy 2 million pounds and the council has stopped maintaining the graveyard... The Church of Scotland disposed of the church knowing its problems and the last developer's agents did a very poor job of isolating the problems .... Buyer beware! Put your dreams on hold.... AND CHECK THE HISTORY OF THE SITE FOR YOURSELF... do not rely on professional advice... In Scotland it falls far short of 'professional'
In California, this price would get you a very average 2-3 bedroom home in an average neighborhood. If we are talking a coastal city, a run down 2-3 bedroom home in a sketchy neighborhood.
The surroundings are very beautiful as well as the architecture but I would be looking for something with more acres of land than something huge with too many rooms. Maybe this is a problem because maybe looking 😁 wanting a castle I would have to reconsider it. I don't know, maybe I'm counting the chickens before they hatch.

Scots must band together to preserve this Church and fill it up again with Christians or it may become another Mosque With Humza Useless Calling to prayer .
The main thing to show if someone is tricking you or you've missed something or gone astray if you've got a Hananiah from Jeremiah 28, or a false prophet from 1 Kings 13: 11-23 is the check your theology with God himself (See Numbers Chapter 12 Verse 6, and of the New Agreement/Testament Ephesians 4:11-13, 1 Corinthians 14:1) Over 9,500+ days logged in on planet Earth, around 26 years of life, i've spent hundreds days of praying for saving and guidance and I'm here to let you know today that I've only been led to the real King Jesus in dreams and never has God let me know that I need Jesus and somebody else or I need to listen to anybody else but Jesus. The KJV is not a perfect translation but read it all they're just a scant few times the words are not what they should be. Pray for wisdom when things don't make sense and you can look also to the hebrew and greek word studys and I've found a scant few times I've had to wonder deeper even their if a the idea of the orginal intent was not in front of my eyes.
I was just in Scotland and I noticed this everywhere………..all the beautiful old churches aren’t churches anymore. That’s pretty sad when you think about it.
The Church of Scotland does their best to sell their buildings to other churches, for example the Orthodox church or other Protestant churches, but unfortunately there simply isn't the numbers attending the Presbyterian churches to keep them open.
